I did do one 10 years ago, an ebook, and I should do another one. They're SUCH hard work, though, and they come with a lot of bullshit hassles, from testing and tweaking and photography to getting SO MANY questions and complaints.
"I give it 3 stars because I didn't have _____ so I substituted with _____ and then I cooked _____ differently and I added _____ because _____. I don't know, I had more expectations for the recipe."
Right now, I don't have the patience for any of that. Hahaha. But I plan to at least start writing all the stuff down. :)
